Pricing
- Standard Cleaning (Without Materials): 30 AED per hour
- Standard Cleaning (With Materials): 40 AED per hour
- Upholstery Cleaning: Rates vary based on size
Limited License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable license to access and use our website in accordance with these Terms. Service Timing
We strive to be punctual, but delays of up to 45 minutes may occur due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances. We guarantee that you will receive the full service time from the moment our team arrives.
Service Extension
If you wish to extend the service time, please contact our office in advance. Extensions after 7:00 PM are not possible and are subject to approval.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled service via email. No cancellations are allowed once the service has started, and all payments are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Refunds for cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the service will be processed within 10-30 days. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us for resolution, which may include a refund or a re-cleaning service.
